One to one consultations offer you the support and attention to properly address your needs. You might be struggling to manage your weight, or symptoms of a health condition may be impacting your life.
Maybe you feel stressed, lack energy, or have a low mood. You might have tried countless diets to manage digestive symptoms or weight and still don’t feel great. Possibly you just want to know how to feed yourself or your family healthier meals while saving time and money.
How does it work?
I first ask you to fill out a questionnaire about your health history and diet. This gives me a good initial picture of factors that may be influencing your health and wellbeing.
During your first consultation, I work with you to find out your goals, any barriers to change, and the best way to support you going forward.
We discuss your health and lifestyle and your unique needs. I take account of any medication and practise with the utmost care in collaboration with your GP.
Together we will agree on dietary and lifestyle recommendations that fit with your circumstances. I may suggest you consider private testing or nutritional supplements if this is appropriate.
How many consultations do I need?
Most people benefit from follow up consultations to see how they’ve got on with the recommendations and make any tweaks to continue forward.
Some clients work with me longer term, especially if their case is complex or needs ongoing support.
Regular sessions can be beneficial for weight loss until someone forms the excellent habits to maintain their ideal weight.

To successfully achieve health goals, a person needs to be fully engaged and committed to the process of seeing a Registered Nutritionist.
I can give you all the tools and support that you need to achieve your goals, but you need to own your part in the process. My coaching skills help you to understand your role and put beneficial attitudes and beliefs into practice. This approach is how I achieve results.
